Josh Lambert (Patrick Wilson) went into The Further to retrieve the soul of his comatose son. Upon returning to the world, something went very wrong. Now and in the final seconds of the film we find out.


Film District just released a new poster for their upcoming sequel to their 2012 release "Insidious." With a production of $1.5 million, the film made out with $54,009,150 domestically and another $43 million in foreign markets bringing the the worldwide gross total to $97,009,150

Here is the official synopsis from Film District:

"The famed horror team of director James Wan and writer Leigh Whannell reunite with the original cast of Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Lin Shaye, Barbara Hershey and Ty Simpkins in INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 2, the terrifying sequel to the acclaimed horror film, which follows the haunted Lambert family as they seek to uncover the mysterious childhood secret that has left them dangerously connected to the spirit world."



Most of the cast will be returning to reprise their roles in this insidiously creepy horror tale.  We can also look forward to some new characters becoming involved in this families dilemma of ghosts, possession, and the place called The Further.
